first family picnic

Its was a nice sunny day so we headed out to rufford park for our first family picnic. so did everyone else though - its was wedged!

I got made redundant at the end of february. no bad thing as i have spent some great times with the family being able to catch bethan growing up. today i watched her proficiently picking up peas!

Another year... a bit older... possibly no wiser.

A quiet evening at home seeing as I was taken to lunch with work - very nice thank you!

Exam

I've not done and exam for nearly... 15 years - yikes! Today's was for my OU studies... and I had to calm my nerves with a pint afterwards. Fingers crossed for the results.

ODI Eng vs Aus

Brother-in-law Ian is up to claim his brithday present! A quick lunch at The Vic then we head into town to watch the Cricket at Trent bridge. Its a good job they sell beer coz the cricket was bobbins.
